About the Role:
Ideal Recruit is hiring an On-site Account Coordinator to support a prestigious client in South Elmsall. You will manage daily workforce operations, coordinate staff, maintain records, and ensure smooth onsite processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Staff check-ins and daily support
• Attend client meetings and manage rotas
• Register, vet, and induct new candidates
• Maintain CRM and time & attendance records
• Oversee payroll and compliance
• Report daily to management
Requirements:
• Previous recruitment or onsite coordination experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Flexible, proactive, and detail-focused
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
