Summary
Work as a team hand finishing Christmas turkeys, then processing turkeys ready for sale.
Turkeys are rough picked by machine, you will be required to hand finish the birds by removing all remaining feathers. Once this process has been finished you will the work on the eviseration line, birds will be gutted and packed ready for sale.
You may also be required to sort orders and pack orders.
