We’re on the lookout for a skilled Joiner / Carpenter to join a small, dedicated team delivering high-quality joinery and woodwork across a range of specialist projects. You’ll be producing and fitting bespoke components to exacting standards — helping to shape the future while preserving the past.

Key Responsibilities will include:

    • Carrying out joinery and woodwork on both new build and restoration projects
    • Manufacturing and fitting high-quality wooden components to agreed specifications
    • Reading and working from technical drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions
    • Collaborating closely with a wider team to support the flow of work across departments
    • Carrying out basic finishing processes such as varnishing and priming where required
    • Maintaining quality and precision while meeting agreed deadlines

    We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

      • NVQ Level 2 or higher in bench joinery (or equivalent)is desirable
      • Solid experience in practical woodworking and machine use
      • A good communicator with excellent time management skills
      • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
      • Basic IT skills desirable
      • Welsh language skills is a bonus, but not essential

      This is a full time permanent job working Monday – Friday 40 hours per week (with the occasional weekend), easily commutable from Bangor, Caernarfon, and Porthmadog. In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £26,300 per annum depending on experience, plus a range of company benefits.
