• Get hands-on with HR systems (Tensor, iTrent, E-Learning, e-fins, Business Objects) and help us drive process improvements.
• Coordinate the delivery of training courses and help develop new HR templates and processes.
• Compile and provide management information, support meetings, and ensure our HR admin runs like clockwork.
• Contribute to policy and process development, making your mark on how we work.
• Take on a variety of tasks, from raising purchase orders to supporting payroll deadlines—no two days are the same.

• Experience in HR administration and providing HR advice.
• Confident with Microsoft Office 365 and HR databases.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resilient, resourceful, and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Personal credibility, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer care.
