About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our busy staff restaurant in Victoria, London. You will support the General Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and a warm welcome for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service
Oversee daily restaurant setup and service operations
Maintain excellent presentation standards across food counters and dining areas
Manage allergen information and ensure accurate labelling
Use the Dynamify platform to process refunds, update menus, and support a seamless digital experience
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations
Support with training, rota planning, and team communication
Assist with hospitality events, community activities, and special engagements
About You
Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
Strong leadership and communication skills with great attention to detail
Hands-on, reliable, and proactive approach
Passionate about great food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences
Flexible and adaptable, working well as part of a team
