Summary
We’re looking for committed and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join our team. You’ll support children living in our homes, helping them build confidence, feel safe, and develop key life skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day care and emotional support
Help with routines, activities, outings, and holidays
Build relationships and maintain consistent boundaries
Work with families, schools, and professionals to implement care plans
Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding practices
And the ability to have fun!
What We’re Looking For
Experience with children or young people preferred but not essential
Resilience, empathy, and a calm, professional approach
Full UK driving licence desirable (transport provided if not)
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
We offer 24 hour care and the shifts for these roles are based on 40 hours per week
Typical shifts: 7am–3pm, 2pm–10pm, 7am–10pm
Includes up to 4 sleep-ins per month (paid extra on top of salary)
As well as a fun nurtured environment we offer fully paid training, a chance for you to gain further qualifications. (Level 3 diploma in children & young people)
