Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sports Centre Supervisor to lead and develop the operation of our on-site leisure facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of the Sports Centre, ensuring the facilities are effectively marketed, well-maintained, and fully utilised by both the school and the wider community. This includes overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety and safeguarding requirements.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and hands-on, with strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in managing leisure or sports facilities.
Monday – Thursday: 4.00pm – 10.00pm
Friday: 3.00pm – 10.00pm
(28.5 hours per week; Some weekend work may be required to support events or operational needs.)
