Summary
Communications and Marketing Partner (Temporary)
3 - 6 months temporary, West Yorkshire based
£16.00 p/hour (37.5 hours per week)
Here at Hays, we are working with a leading healthcare provider to support the recruitment of a Communications & Marketing Partner on a temporary basis. This will be 3-6 months, and they offer brilliant hybrid working opportunities. The role focuses on digital-first content, brand management, audience engagement, and data-driven campaign planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Manage website, intranet, social media, and newsletters.
- Use GA4, SEO tools, and social media analytics to evaluate performance.
- Create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Act as a brand guardian ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Support internal communications and colleague engagement.
- Provide professional advice and collaborate across departments.
Experience required
- Proven experience in digital communications and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, GA4, analytics, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and produce actionable insights.
- Strong IT literacy (Microsoft 365, CMS, social media).
- Experience in healthcare, public sector, or social enterprise would be preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and internal comms tools.
Additional InformationMust be able to travel as required across West Yorkshire.
