Summary

Temporary Site Planner - Teeside

Are you a skilled Site Planner looking for an immediate start? We have an exciting temporary contract available in Teesside starting ASAP for long term, on going work.

The Role

As our temporary Site Planner, you'll be instrumental in the smooth running of our project. You will work on-site to develop, update, and manage the project's construction schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met. You'll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.

  • ASAP start
  • Rate negotiable (£300-£400 per day)
  • Part time- few days a week
  • In office role
  • Must have experience on commercial build projects, preferably healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule.
  • Monitor progress on-site and report on any potential delays.
  • Liaise with the project and site managers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Identify and help resolve any scheduling conflicts.
Who We're Looking For
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar site planning or project scheduling role.
  • Availability: Must be able to start immediately and commit to the full contract until the new year.
  • Skills: Proficiency with project scheduling software (e.g., Astapower, MS Project, Primavera P6) is essential.
