What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Sous Chef or similar within a professional kitchen.
- Ideally, experience in a nursing home, healthcare, or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of special diets, allergens, and nutritional care.

- Food Hygiene and Safety certification (Level 2 or higher).
- A caring, professional approach and pride in your craft.
