Summary
Job Summary
Your work will be in a fast-paced environment where you will process poultry meat for production. This includes tasks such as hand plucking, evisceration, trimming, inspection and packing of birds while following strict food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in meat processing or an abattoir is preferred but not essential.
Candidate to be physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks in a cold indoor environment.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work early mornings.
Temporary fixed contract
Own transport is essential.
