Due to the continued growth of sales of NWF Fuels, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Advisor to join our team in
our Head Office in Crewe, we are on the lookout for top sales agents to join our existing successful Fuel Card Sales Team.

Day to Day

* Answering inbound calls and dealing with customer queries using confident negotiation skills
* Making outbound sales calls, building rapport with prospective customers, understanding their needs and selling a solution
* Providing quotations and entering order details into the system
* Delivering excellent service to customers
* Hitting monthly Sales and productivity targets



What will you bring?

* Previous Sales Experience with evidence of meeting targets and KPI’s
* An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential
* Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills
* Effective listening skills and attention to detail to be able to understand customer needs
* IT literate with the ability to pick up new systems
