Summary
Holden Wood Tea Rooms in Rossendale are recruiting for an Apprentice Chef. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship over the duration of 15 months.
Description:
• Cleaning kitchen
• Opening kitchen
• Closing kitchen
• Prepping food
• Stock rotation
• Stock orders
• Cooking food, all menu items freshly prepared
• Serving food
• Working alongside chef
Requirements:
• Weekend working
• Willing to learn
• Working in a fast paced environment
• Day time hours only
• Stood up for long periods
Hours:
Monday 7am - 2pm / Tuesday - Thursday 11am - 4pm / Friday 7am - 2pm / Saturday - Sunday 9:30am - 5pm / 30 minutes paid break / working on a rota basis 5 out of 7 days / minimum 30 hours per week
