Summary
Bramley Carpets Ltd in Stockport are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner (Trainee Sales Estimator). The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship over the duration of 16 months.
Description:
▪ Meeting & greeting customers
▪ General admin duties including IT Systems
▪ Dealing with telephone calls
▪ Accepting deliveries
▪ Processing orders for fitters
▪ Speaking to suppliers
▪ Potentially visiting customer properties with estimator
Requirements:
▪ Polite
▪ Good communicator
▪ Initiative, gets involved with staff and customers
▪ Driving licence or working towards driving desirable
▪ Physically fit
Hours:
Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm Minimum 30 hours a week Maximum 40 hours per week. Half an hour lunch unpaid & Two 15 minute breaks
