Private Client Loss Adjuster

A rare opportunity for an experienced Loss Adjuster to join a specialist team handling high net worth and private client claims. You’ll be part of a business that values quality over quantity, with the backing of a private equity–supported group known for its professionalism, technical expertise, and consistent Excellent client audit ratings.
You’ll handle a diverse portfolio of high-value property losses, offering a discreet, empathetic and technically precise service from first instruction through to settlement. Each case will call on your investigative skills, policy knowledge, and ability to deliver outcomes that reflect both fairness and client care.
Working closely with clients, brokers, and insurers, you’ll ensure every claim is managed with the level of attention expected in the high net worth sector. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being supported by a team that prides itself on collaboration, trust, and doing things properly.

We’re looking for someone with:
• At least five years’ experience in property or loss adjusting
• Cert CILA (minimum) – Dip CILA or progression towards it preferred
• A solid understanding of both domestic and commercial property claims
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills
• A full UK driving licence
