Production Assistant

£12.21 per hour, weekly pay + accrued holiday pay
Monday - Friday
Weekend work available too.
As a Finishing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that all finishing tasks are completed to the highest standards and within set deadlines. This position requires adaptability to work across different shifts as needed, with hours as follows:
Day Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm
Night Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the finishing department to ensure all dispatches meet client requirements and deadlines.
Assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
Perform basic quality control checks to maintain high standards.
Ensure orders are organized and separated according to relevant couriers.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
A team player with a positive attitude.
Capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality.
Previous experience in a finishing department is desirable but not essential.
Flexibility to work across different shifts as required.
