Summary
Portfolio Repair Surveyor needed in Sutton, £62.86ph PAYE - Reference: OR14215
- The ability to prepare basic construction drawings and draft specification.
- Property maintenance work in housing that has included undertaking property inspections, diagnosing common property defects and supervising the work of contractors.
- Delivering planned maintenance programmes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of materials, trades, construction methods and legal/statutory requirements
- Managing works to turn around void properties.
- Monitoring budgets.
- Housing, Health & Safety Rating Guidance (HHSRS: Guidance for Landlords and Property-Related Professionals) and practical knowledge of how to assess.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
