Full time hours on a temporary basis
About the RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out inspections, investigations, and enforcement duties across a range of environmental health functions, with a particular focus on food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct inspections of food premises and other regulated businesses
- Investigate complaints and respond to service requests
- Enforce relevant legislation and prepare reports for legal proceedings
- Provide expert advice to businesses and members of the public
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement
