Empowering Independence. Enriching Lives. Inspiring Possibilities.

At Capability Scotland, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live life to the fullest. Our mission is simple: to put disabled people at the heart of everything we do.

We’re now looking for experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our vibrant Day Centre and Community Outreach teams in Perth. If you’re passionate about supporting adults with complex disabilities — and you want every day at work to truly make a difference — this is the role for you.

About the Role

Our Support Workers enjoy the best of both worlds — supporting individuals in our purpose-built day hub and within their own homes and communities.

You’ll help people access our amazing facilities, including sensory spaces, craft and kitchen areas, hydrotherapy pool, rebound therapy, and accessible gym — all designed to promote independence, creativity, and wellbeing.

You’ll also empower individuals to live confidently in the community — offering one-to-one support at home or out and about at shops, social clubs, or leisure activities.

No two days are ever the same. You might be:

Supporting with personal care, medication, or mealtimes
Helping someone bake, paint, or play music
Accompanying customers on trips to the zoo, theatre, or football matches
Encouraging new experiences and helping people reach their personal goals
Job description: Support Worker (Day Service) / Community Living Assistant

If you’re outgoing, creative, and empathetic, you’ll fit right in. We’re a supportive, energetic team who value kindness, collaboration, and a sense of fun.
