Are you a passionate care leader ready to make a real difference in your community? We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee and inspire our domiciliary care team in Bournemouth and Dorset.

Registered Manager Role?

• Lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Drive improvements and shape services that truly impact lives.
• Work in a supportive environment where your expertise is valued.

What Registered Manager Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the care service.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulations.
• Support, coach, and develop care staff to reach their full potential.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
• Monitor and improve care plans, audits, and quality assurance.

Registered Manager We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in home care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and legislation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, passionate, and committed to outstanding care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
