Summary
We are seeking a trainee with an electrical background to join our marine team, inititally this will be wokring with our extinguisher team both land based and onboard ships, the service and small works occur whilst the ship is in port, you will be working on all types and sizes of ships including oil tankers, tugs etc. Other systems we service include breathing apparatus, escape suits and gas detectors. We will provide full training and you will be working in the first instance with our experienced engineers. You will provided with your own company vehicle all tools and test equipment and tablet to record your jobs and certificates.
Ocon also has engineers in the South and North of England and there may be times when they need a hand so a full driving license is a must.
