Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 3:45pm (Term Time Only)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our Outstanding (Ofsted Grade 2) Primary School in Harrow, London.
You will play a key role in scaffolding and supporting our EYFS provision, working closely with teachers to provide both whole-class and small-group support. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the early education of our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a high-quality Early Years curriculum in line with EYFS framework.

  
  

• Scaffold learning experiences to meet the needs of all pupils.

  
  

• Provide focused support to children who need additional help to make progress.

  
  

• Encourage a love of learning through play, exploration, and positive relationships.

  
  

• Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and parents to support pupil development.

  
  

• Maintain accurate records of progress and contribute to planning and assessments.

  About You

  We are looking for someone who is:

  • Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Education (or holds a relevant degree).

    
    

  • Passionate about early childhood development and inclusive education.

    
    

  • Experienced in working with children aged 3–5 in a school or nursery setting.

    
    

  • Positive, proactive, and committed to supporting children’s wellbeing and progress.

    
    

  • Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a supportive team.
