Summary

Looking to join a busy, supportive team in an education setting in Wrexham where you’ll help guide future students through their admissions journey? This is a great opportunity to play a key role in providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for all applicants and enquirers, contributing to the smooth running of the Admissions and Enquiries service.


In the Admissions and Enquiries Assistant role, you will be:

•Responding to enquiries via email, phone, webchat, enquiry forms and in person
•Engaging proactively with applicants and enquirers, helping them navigate the admissions process
•Coordinating responses to queries outside the team to ensure prompt resolution
•Logging all enquiries onto the CRM system to support accurate reporting
•Supporting open days and recruitment events as required
•Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and other data protection policies
•Keeping up to date with admissions processes and relevant services

To be successful, you will need:

•Excellent customer service and communication skills
•The confidence to engage positively with people and stay calm under pressure
•The ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
•A flexible, proactive and professional approach

This is a temporary role until the end of January, paying £13 per hour plus holiday pay. Working hours are ideally full-time, but part-time candidates will also be considered. The role is based in Wrexham and gives you the chance to make a real difference to prospective students’ experiences.
