Summary
We’re looking for a warm, welcoming Host to join our family-run wellness centre in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. This role is perfect for someone with good communication skills, a friendly personality, and a genuine interest in people and wellbeing.
About the Role:
Potential for weekday/evening shifts for the right candidate.
Meet and greet clients, helping them feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
Listen to clients’ post-float experiences and engage in positive, supportive conversation.
Support with bookings, answering phones, and responding to email enquiries
Prepare float and therapy rooms between clients, following cleaning procedures (full training provided).
What We’re Looking For:
A natural communicator with charisma and genuine warmth.
Good listening skills and the ability to make clients feel comfortable.
Reliable, friendly, and aligned with our values of health, wellbeing, and care.
This role may particularly suit people with hospitality experience, or having worked in the Care Industry previously, or customer services.
