What you’ll do
• Support customers with daily living, personal care and medication
• Help people build skills and confidence to live more independently
• Co-ordinate rotas and guide support workers to deliver great care
• Keep support plans and risk assessments up to date
• Plan activities and build links in the community

You have
• Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities
• Calm, resilient and able to work on your own initiative
• Great communication skills and a person-centred approach
• Confidence using tech to update plans and complete training

• You’ll work 29.5 hours per week on a two-week set rota, including day shifts, sleep-ins and weekends.
