Are you looking for a part-time finance role that fits around your schedule? Our client, a well-established interior design company, is seeking an Accounts/Finance Assistant to join their team on either a part time or full time basis. (P/T 20-30 hour per week across 4/5 days)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and record supplier and customer invoices, ensuring accuracy from receipt to processing.
- Maintain financial records and process payments and receipts efficiently.
- Monitor and update accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Proactively chase outstanding payments and liaise with customers to resolve issues, supporting healthy cash flow.
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports in line with company policies and regulations.
- Support the Financial Controller with budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
