We are looking for a Wake Night Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred support to the eight individuals living in our service. The successful applicant will be required to work waking night shifts within this 24-hour service, including weekends. We are seeking someone with previous Support Worker experience who can deliver compassionate and reliable support while promoting independence, dignity and choice. The role involves ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of the people we support throughout the night, as well as completing records to maintain continuity of care . Strong communication skills, flexibility and the ability to remain calm and professional during the night are essential. empathy, care, and compassion.
Basic IT skills and the ability to write clearly and legibly are essential.

Essential Requirements:
Driver ( as this is rural with no public services)
Level 2 Health & Social Care
Good communication skills and able to listen
Be patient
Promote independence and daily living skills.
Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
Be able to work using their own initiative and without constant supervision
Desirable Requirements;
Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour support
