We're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our Specialist Complex Care Team supporting a friendly and outgoing lady with a spinal cord injury in her own home near Worcester.


? Shifts to Suit You

Whether you prefer 12-hour day shifts or waking night shifts, we've got options:

  • 8am8pm or 8pm8am
  • Full-time or part-time (24, 36, or 48 hours/week)

? About the Role

Join a supportive, person-focused care team and help empower our client to live life to the fullest. You'll support her with:

  • Personal care & medication
  • Moving & handling
  • Bowel management & cough assist
  • Social activities: trips out, online shopping, and more!

No previous spinal cord injury experience? No problem!
We provide full training + shadow shifts to help you feel confident and capable from day one.


? Requirements:

  • A kind, caring, and reliable nature
  • Strong communication skills
  • A full clean UK driving licence (you'll be driving the client's adapted vehicle)
  • Own means of transport

? What You'll Get:
