Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team and play a key role in supporting the implementation of our academy’s strategic priorities.

In this pivotal role, you will focus on:

• Promoting positive student behaviour and fostering excellent attitudes to learning.

• Driving outstanding attendance across the year group(s).

• Ensuring exceptional pastoral care, personal development, and safeguarding standards.

You will work closely with students, staff, parents, and external agencies to address attendance concerns, support students in need, and create a safe, inclusive environment where every student feels valued and able to thrive.
