Summary

Paintline Operative - Night Shift

Plymouth | £16.52 per hour | Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7am | Temporary/Ongoing Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Shift Paintline Operatives to join Rittal CSM, a leading manufacturing company at Broadley Park Industrial Park, Roborough, Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term ongoing work with the potential to become permanent.

Key Duties
  • Load and unload components from an overhead paint line conveyor.

  • Check quality and handle parts carefully.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

  • Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements
  • Good attention to detail.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Capable of performing repetitive, manual tasks.

  • Able to follow clear instructions.

  • Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential - full training provided.

  • Role subject to basic DBS (criminal record) check and random drug & alcohol testing.
