Summary

Nursery Room Leader | Level 3 Early Years | Up to £31,000 | Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)

You’ll be joining a beautiful, well-resourced nursery with a Good Ofsted rating, where play, creativity, and outdoor learning are at the heart of everything they do. From exploring the forest school and sensory room to enjoying time in the large private garden, children are encouraged to learn through adventure — and you’ll be there to inspire every moment.



This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive, caring environment that values both children and staff.



What We’re Looking For



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years environment, ideally with some leadership responsibility.

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.

  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.

  • Someone who’s caring, creative, and dedicated to giving children the best start in life.

What You’ll Do



  • Lead your room with enthusiasm, creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe space for children.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.

  • Support your team through guidance, coaching, and example.

  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.

  • Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety standards are upheld to the highest level.

  • Foster an inclusive environment that celebrates each child’s individuality.
