This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive, caring environment that values both children and staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years environment, ideally with some leadership responsibility.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.
- A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- Someone who’s caring, creative, and dedicated to giving children the best start in life.

What You’ll Do
- Lead your room with enthusiasm, creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe space for children.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
- Support your team through guidance, coaching, and example.
