You will be part of a brilliant learning support team, led by a SENDCo and Assistant SENDCo. The team also includes twelve teaching assistants and an apprentice learning support assistant. You will have a passion for inclusion, and a commitment to ensuring that all students achieve to their highest potential. Time-management skills, patience and a good work ethic are essential, as are a sense of humour and excellent interpersonal skills.
