Summary
Job Title: Registered Manager – Family-Run Care Home
Location: Near Charing, Kent
Salary: £52,000 per annum + 5% performance-based bonus
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) – Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity? My client has a warm, family-run care home located near the picturesque village of Charing in Kent, dedicated to providing exceptional care in a homely and supportive environment.
My client is seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Manager to lead their team and uphold their high standards of care. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and fostering a culture of kindness, dignity, and respect.
Requirements:
Must be a Registered Manager with a proven track record
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
Experience supporting individuals with dementia
Previous care home management experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A proactive and supportive management style
Must be a driver, due to the location
