Summary

Stall Assistant - Christmas Market
Location: Blenheim Palace
Shifts: 10:00 - 20:30 - Starting 14th November - 21st December
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Stall Assistants to represent premium beverage brands at Christmas markets across the UK. You'll create a warm, festive atmosphere, engage with customers, and help them discover high-quality bottled alcoholic products that make perfect gifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and engage visitors in a friendly, festive manner

• Promote the brands using upselling techniques to drive sales

• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing stall

• Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Support the team in achieving sales targets and providing an exceptional customer experience

• Provide product samples (aged 18+ only)

Requirements:

• 18 years or older and comfortable handling alcohol

• Friendly, confident, and approachable with excellent people skills

• Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to scheduled shifts

• Able to work in a busy outdoor environment and stay enthusiastic
