Prepare estimates cost plans& valuations
Manage subcontractor procurements and contracts
Track budgets, forecasts and project cash flow
Handle variations , claims. and final accounts
Skills & Knowledge
Degree in QS/Construction Management (RICS desired)
Strong numeracy , analytical & negotiation skills
Knowledge of pre& post contract process
Proficient in Excel & QS software
