Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Manchester Stores.
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour.
Hours: Full Time (40 hours).
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 4:15am and 12am, including weekends.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL:
- Operating platform trucks for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).
- Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from TPE trains.
- Order assembly and stock control.
- Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
