About the Role
As the Care Home Manager (also suitable for a Nursing Home Manager or Registered Manager), you’ll take full operational leadership of the service, driving clinical excellence, compliance, and a culture of compassion.
You will oversee all aspects of the home — from financial performance and CQC standards to staff engagement and resident wellbeing.
Your ability to motivate, inspire and mentor will make you an outstanding Care Home Manager, capable of leading teams to deliver consistently high-quality, person-centred care.
