Our new Teacher will:
• Have high aspirations for all children, themselves and a desire to raise standards
• Have the ability to enthuse, motivate and engage learners who have communication difficulties
• Have high expectations for the behaviour and wellbeing of children
• Develop and implement EHCPs and individual learning strategies
Work closely with parents and carers and other professionals to support each child’s development
• Have the knowledge and skills necessary to plan an exceptional, adapted curriculum
• Be supportive of our Catholic character so that we live out our Vision and Intent
