Person Specification Qualifications and Registration Essential Bsc Diagnostic Imaging HCPC up to date registration Desirable Post graduate education in leadership and management/Further learning in Management and Leadership Experience Essential Minimum of 2 Years at band 6/Senior Radiographer level Extensive/recent experience of Plain film X-ray Completed RPS course Experience of Leading a Team Sound knowledge and understanding of IRMER and IRR Desirable Experience at managing equipment In-depth Knowledge of X-ray equipment/Acts as superuser Experience in development and review of local SOP's Show's awareness of compassionate leadership/leadership impact and self awareness. Experience of Audit/support audits and good knowledge of governance. Knowledge of risk and incident management.
