What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Minimum two years post-qualification experience, ideally within a nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge, particularly in dementia care and complex nursing needs.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Compassionate, approachable, and committed to delivering person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents with dementia and nursing needs.
- Administer medications safely and manage care plans in line with best practice and regulatory standards.
- Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health and wellbeing accurately.
- Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture.
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and health & safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure holistic care.
