What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing in-class support to students with EHCPs
• Running small group interventions in literacy, numeracy, and SEMH
• Assisting with differentiated learning strategies and resources
• Working closely with the SENCo and specialist staff
• Promoting student engagement, confidence, and independence
• Monitoring and recording pupil progress against EHCP outcomes
