Summary
We are a large, supportive, friendly team that values interdisciplinary working, striving to provide clinical excellence. We are committed to providing an enhanced, evidence based, interdisciplinary approach to patient care within a dynamic MDT. Our rehabilitation pathway is patient centered where functional goals are embedded within team practice and shape and inform the delivery of therapy. We provide therapy in a number of environments including clinics, patients homes and other community settings.
