Job Title: Multi-Skilled Trades Operative (Electricians, Joiners, Plumbers, Plasterers, Painters and Decorators)
Location: Mobile role, based throughout (or in) Cumbria
Salary: Up to £35,376 per annum (Dependent on Core Trade Skill) + Additional pay for Overtime, Stand-By, Call Outs.
Annual Leave: 25 days, plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days)
Pension scheme: up to 8% employer contribution
Life Assurance: 4 x annual salary
Benefits: Company Vehicle, Tools, Uniform, PPE Provided + Generous Benefits Scheme.

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) manages over 7,400 homes in the North of England. Our in-house team, Castles & Coasts Services (CCS), handles repairs, maintenance, and other services for CCHA properties.

Ensure high standards of work and safety.
Work with other trades and contractors.
Record completed work and materials used.
Respond to emergency job requests.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a trade skill (electrician, joiner, plumber, plasterer).
Experience in property repairs.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
