Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and highly motivated Nursing Home Manager to lead our large care home. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of outstanding care services, compliance with regulatory standards, and the overall wellbeing of residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality care and support for all residents.
Ensure compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations, local authorities, and internal policies.
Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management of all team members.
Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
Develop and implement care plans, policies, and procedures that meet the needs of residents.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Act as the primary point of contact for families, residents, and external stakeholders.
Monitor and maintain high standards of health, safety, and infection control.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification preferred or relevant social care management experience.
Proven experience managing a large nursing or residential care home.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Financial and operational management experience within a care setting.
Passion for delivering person-centred care and improving resident outcomes.
