What you’ll do:
Support the class teacher to deliver high-quality EYFS provision. Set up and rotate continuous provision, lead short adult-led activities (early phonics and number), and provide 1:1 support where needed. You’ll model language, encourage turn-taking and independence, and note quick observations to inform next steps.

Who you are:
A calm, organised graduate who communicates clearly and enjoys working with young children. You follow guidance, keep routines consistent, and bring energy to purposeful play.

Requirements

- Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
- Communication – Clear, confident written and verbal skills.
- Enhanced DBS – Held already or willingness to obtain.
- Desire to work in education/with children – Strong interest in EYFS and early child development.
- Experience working with children – Nursery/school/mentoring/volunteering experience is desirable but not essential.
