Warehouse Manager – Braintree, Essex
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum + benefits
Shifts: Monday–Saturday (8 hrs/day) OR 12-hr shifts, 4-on / 4-off
Supreme Force Ltd. is a trusted provider of freight management, warehousing, logistics, and staffing solutions with years of industry experience. We are now seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy Braintree site.

The Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will:
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff (operatives & forklift drivers).
• Oversee inbound/outbound operations and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and client requirements.
• Monitor KPIs (attendance, productivity, accuracy).
• Handle client audits and site visits.
• Maintain training logs and certifications (FLT, PPT, First Aid, Fire Marshal).

What We’re Looking For
• 3 years’ warehouse supervisory/management experience preferred but not a requirement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, scanning & stock management and willingness to learn.
• Forklift licence preferred (Counterbalance / Reach).
• Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) desirable.
• Fluency in English essential; Urdu/Punjabi a strong advantage.
