Summary

Recruitment Professionals is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable firm that continues to experience significant growth. We are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Conveyancer to join their professional team on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer seeking a flexible working arrangement while continuing to handle quality work in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will:
• Have proven experience in leasehold transactions
• Have proven experience in new build transactions
• Be able to manage a caseload confidently and efficiently
• Work from the office based in Gatley

Key Requirements:
• Qualified Conveyancer with relevant industry experience
• Strong knowledge of leaseholds and new builds
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently to a high professional standard
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach

This role would suit an experienced conveyancer looking to reduce hours while remaining involved in meaningful work.
