Salary: Basic £38,000–£43,000 + £3,000 Productivity Bonus + Uncapped OTE up to £52,480
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | Alternate Saturdays, 8am–12pm

We’re looking for a Diagnostic Technician to join a high-performing main dealer workshop in South Woodham Ferrers — a site known for quality, teamwork, and exceptional service.

Your Role as a Diagnostic Technician
- Carry out advanced diagnostic fault-finding using the latest diagnostic technology
- Support and mentor technicians and apprentices within the workshop
- Perform high-quality servicing, mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards
- Liaise with technical teams for complex diagnostic cases and escalate where required
- Road test and quality-check all completed work to ensure performance and safety
- Accurately document all findings and maintain workshop excellence
