Summary

Quokka Education is looking for Cover Supervisors who can bring the same confidence, energy, and authority they use on the pitch into schools. You don't need to be a qualified teacher - your coaching background is enough. We'll provide full training so that you can step into classrooms with confidence and use your leadership skills to inspire young people.
Your coaching skills = classroom success
Think of the classroom as your new arena. Students are your team. The lesson plan is your training drill. The outcomes? Not medals, but growth, knowledge, and confidence.
- First month (Day 1-30): You'll take charge of classes using pre-prepared content. Just like running a training session, you'll set the tone, create structure, and build trust through consistency.
- By two months (Day 31-60): Schools will begin requesting you personally. Your ability to motivate students, keep them engaged, and remain calm under pressure will set you apart. You'll be known as empathetic and warm-hearted, guiding students not just with authority but with care.
- By three months (Day 61-90): You'll have built a reputation across Fareham as a reliable Cover Supervisor who brings energy, consistency, and impact. Just as athletes look to their coach for guidance, students will look to you as someone they can rely on.
