Summary
Our Client is an Automotive accident repair group and they are currently seeking a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to join their team in the Lincoln area.

Duties:
- Perform high-quality vehicle painting to an excellent standard
- Carry out panel repairs and replacements, including light MET work
- Prepare vehicles through filler work and finishing repairs to industry standards
- Conduct structural repairs where needed
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment within a modern facility
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in vehicle painting and panel beating
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Level 3 vehicle painting and panel beating qualifications preferred
- Strong MET skills and experience with structural repairs
- Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to health and safety standards and best practices
For your hard work as a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician our client is offering a basic salary of up to £54600 with OTE of £59000.
